Think of me as your part-time CBO. I’ll understand your plans and your business and create a brand strategy that builds your brand’s foundations, guides your team, and shapes how the world sees you – and make sure everybody in the business is behind it.

Being a qualified coach means I can mentor and support your creative and marketing teams. I work with creatives to understand how to balance creative and commercial thinking, and become confident brand custodians.

I can also use my experience of managing a creative team to work with managers to understand ways to improve team processes and efficiency. I'll also integrate into your wider team to make sure messaging, visuals, customer experience, and internal culture all align with your brand’s identity and long-term vision.

Meet Fliss

With a background both in-house and in agencies, and working with brands such as Nike and Mamas & Papas, I started Honest Folk to help small and growing businesses to understand and utilise their brands as effectively as possible to clarify, communicate and embody their value.

With years of experience in-house, agency-side and working with founders and freelancers at Honest Folk, I combine coaching and strategy to in-house teams be involved in the brand process so they don’t have to outsource.
