I’m Fliss and I’m here to help guide you through building your brand. Branding is there for all businesses, big or small. It helps us express our personalities and stand out from the others in our industry.

I want to help you confidently do your thing and thrive. There’s nothing stopping you: you just need to have the tools to be seen and heard. I want all small businesses to create real connections with their customers, and help you to do this by combining both brand strategy and creativity in a way that’s right for you.

  • You've either got a really clear idea of your new business and want to launch with your messaging and brand in place *or* you've been in business about a year and have spent time working on your niche, know what makes you different now and want to use your brand to communicate this.

  • Your sessions are best spaced 1-2 weeks apart. It keeps up the momentum and means you'll keep focused on your brand even with other things going on.

    We can do the sessions in a more intense way every week, so it’ll be 1.5 months and 3 months.

  • All you need is a really clear picture of your business strategy and offer. The sessions are designed to bring clarity and focus to how you communicate what you do. They're not business strategy sessions so won't help you form a business idea.

  • No, not as part of the coaching package. Brand coaching was designed to bring clarity around positioning, messaging, your audience and how you communicate with them. We can work through what your visuals may look like in coaching sessions or alternatively, get in touch to chat about my visual identity services.

  • Other than having me by your side for a different amount of time, over 3 months we’ll cover your brand foundations – that’s how your business is positioned, what you stand for and who your ideal customers are.

    In 6 months, we’ll cover all that and work together to define how to promote your business and begin rolling out your brand across website etc
